Remove/Install Rain/Light Sensor - AR82.30-P-7800LF

with code 345 (rain sensor)

MODIFICATION NOTES

19.06.2020 Replace rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2) if soiled. Operation step 5.

Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).    
2 Unclip and remove cover (1). SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Fig 2
3 Unclip and remove cover (2). SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Fig 2
4 Unhook retaining clamps (4) on both sides of rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2).    
5 Remove rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2) and disconnect electrical connector (3). NOTES Do not touch surfaces (arrows) of rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2).
Otherwise, soiling may cause the rain/light sensor with additional functions (B38/2) to malfunction.
If soiling is present,

replace rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2).
 
6 Install in the reverse order.    
  Initial startup     
7 Commission rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2). When replacing rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2).
