	Remove/install
1	Perform initial startup of left front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E1n7) or right front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E2n7)
			AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)
3	Remove expansion reservoir (1) and place to one side	When removing right front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E2n7).
4.1	Remove purging switchover valve (Y58/1) and place to one side	Model 253 with engine 274, 276 with code 640 (High-performance LED) Model 253 with engine 274, 276 with code 641 (Dynamic LED headlamps, left-hand traffic) Model 253 with engine 274, 276 with code 642 (Dynamic LED headlamps, right-hand traffic) When removing left front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E1n7).
4.2	Remove low-temperature expansion reservoir (2) and place to one side	Model 253 with engine 642, 651 with code 640 (High-performance LED) Model 253 with engine 642, 651 with code 641 (Dynamic LED headlamps, left-hand traffic) Model 253 with engine 642, 651 with code 642 (Dynamic LED headlamps, right-hand traffic) When removing left front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E1n7)
5	Remove screws/bolts (4) at left front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E1n7) or right front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E2n7)
6	Pull out left front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E1n7) or right front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E2n7) until electrical connectors (5) can be disconnected	Ensure that the seal is seated correctly on left front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E1n7) or right front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E2n7).
7	Disconnect electrical connectors (5) and remove left front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E1n7) or right front actuation module, LED exterior lighting (E2n7)
8	Install in the reverse order
