Replace Fuel Injector Sealing Ring - AR07.03-P-0004-01MM

Install fuel injectors immediately after assembly of sealing rings (1).

Fuel injectors will otherwise be damaged during assembly, as sealing rings (1) swell due to air humidity.

Remove sealing ring (1) 

1. Completely remove the sealing ring (1) from the fuel injector (2).

   Do not use sharp-edged tools.

   The sealing surface will otherwise be damaged.

2. Clean the installation position of the sealing ring (1) at the fuel injector (2).

   Install sealing ring (1) 

3. Push the sealing ring (1) onto the guide hood (03) and position it on the fuel injector (2).
4. Slowly push the sealing ring (1) over the guide hood (03) onto the fuel injector (2) into the groove with your hands.
5. Remove guide hood (3).
6. Position the assembly sleeve (04) on the fuel injector (2).

   The assembly sleeve (04) surface highlighted with an "A" must point towards the fuel injector (2).

7. Slightly turn the assembly sleeve (04) and fully push it onto the fuel injector (2).
8. Remove assembly sleeve (4).
