	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove cooler (1).	Engine 260 in model 118, 177, 247 except code M016 (Uprated Engine) Engine 282 in model 118, 177, 247
		Engine 282 in model 118, 177, 247 with code ME08 (Hybrid drive 75-84 kW VARIANT (INCLUDING PLUGIN))	AR20.20-P-3865MFH
		Engine 260 in model 118, 177, 247 except code 2U1 (Radiator shutter) except code M016 (Uprated Engine) Engine 282 in model 118, 177, 247 except code 2U1 (Radiator shutter) except code ME08 (Hybrid drive 75-84 kW VARIANT (INCLUDING PLUGIN))	AR20.20-P-3865MFD
2	Remove left and right elastomer bearings (6) at charge air cooler (2) at bottom.
3	Check left and right elastomer bearings (6) at charge air cooler (2) for wear and damage.	If there are problems, ↓ replace left and right elastomer bearings (6).
4	Swivel out charge air cooler (2) toward rear from guide (4) on left and right and guide out forwards underneath.	Aid of helper required.
5	Remove mounts (5) by turning them (arrow).	When replacing the charge air cooler (2).
6	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Perform Engine test run; while doing so, check the Engine for proper operation and check Engine cooling system for leak tightness.
