| 1 | Release spray nozzles (3) on underside and remove upwards. | ||
| 2 | Unclip retaining clips (2) at hood. | Fig 1 | |
| 3 | Remove washer fluid hose (1) from hood. | ||
| 4 | Unclip retaining clip (4) with holder at left front hood hinge. | Fig 1 | |
| 5 | Unclip retaining clips (5) along longitudinal member and at top of washer fluid reservoir. | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Remove front section of left front fender liner. | Model 118, 177, 247 Model 243 |

| 7 | Unclip washer fluid hose (1) at washer fluid reservoir. | ||
| 8 | Release and disconnect washer fluid hose (1) from windshield washer system pump (M5/1). | ||
| 9 | Remove washer fluid hose (1). | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 11 | Correct fluid level of windshield washer system. | ||
