1	Lift vehicle with lifting platform.

2	Check front shock absorbers (1) for leaks.		AP32.00-P-3255-01A
		If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 A light oil film on the front piston rods (10) is permissible. If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
3	Check front piston rods (10) for surface. damage, corrosion and deformation.	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
4	Check that the front steel springs (2) are correctly seated in the front spring retainers (8).	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
5	Check front steel springs (2) for fractures.	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
6	Check that the front boots (3) are seated correctly and check for damage.	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
7	Check rear shock absorber (4) for leak tightness.		AP32.00-P-3255-01A
		If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 A light oil film on the rear piston rods (12) is permissible. If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
8	Check rear piston rods (12) for surface damage, corrosion and deformation.	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
9	Check that the rear steel springs (5) are correctly seated in the rear spring retainers (11).	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
10	Check rear steel springs (5) for fractures.	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
11	Check that the rear boots (7) are correctly seated and are not damaged.	If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.
12	Check elastomer bearings (6) of rear shock absorbers (4) for cracks, deformation and wear, as well as for play by firmly pulling and pushing at rear shock absorbers (4).		AP32.00-P-3255-01A
		If necessary, use commercially available devices/tools.  Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1 The elastomer bearings (6) must be seated with zero clearance in the housing eye and they may not be cracked or damaged. If problems occur, ↓ rectify the problems. After obtaining special order.

13	Lower vehicle with vehicle lift.
