	Preparatory tasks
1	Open hood.	Vehicles with remote start function.
2	Lift vehicle with lifting platform.		AR00.60-P-1006A
	Remove front engine compartment paneling (1)
3	Remove bolts (4).	Number of bolts (4) varies depending on the vehicle equipment.
4	Release right front wheel spoiler (8) and left front wheel spoiler (9) from left and right front wheel arch liner and remove.	Model 118, 177, 247 with engine 260 with code M016 (Uprated engine)
5.1	Remove retaining clips (3).	Model 118, 177, 247.7 with engine 139 Dismantling tool	Fig 2
5.2	Remove screws (11).	Model 118, 177, 247 with engine 260 with code M016 (Uprated engine)
6	Remove screws (5).	Bolt, mounting rail in lower engine compartment lining (front) to frame	*BA61.20-P-1001-01B
7	Pull front engine compartment lining (1) out of front bumper and remove.
8	Install in the reverse order.
	Remove rear engine compartment paneling (2)
9	Remove screws (6).	Bolt, mounting rail in lower engine compartment lining (front) to frame	*BA61.20-P-1001-01B
10	Remove screws (5).	Bolt, mounting rail in lower engine compartment lining (front) to frame	*BA61.20-P-1001-01B
11	Remove screws (7).	Bolt, mounting rail in lower engine compartment lining (front) to frame	*BA61.20-P-1001-01B
12	Remove rear engine compartment lining (2).
13	Install in the reverse order.
	Concluding tasks
14	Lower vehicle with vehicle lift.		AR00.60-P-1006A
15	Close hood.	Vehicles with remote start function.
