The safety information in the superordinate service document must be observed.
- Install reinforcement (6) and fit.
- Drill rivet holes in reinforcement (6) with Ø 6.7 mm bit (areas A1b , A2b , A3b and A4b ).
- Remove reinforcement (6).
- Deburr drill holes on both sides and remove drill chips from reinforcement (6) and body.
- Coat drill holes on both sides on reinforcement (6) and body with zinc dust paint (areas A1b
, A2b
, A 3b
and A4b
).
- Install reinforcement (6).
- Reinforcement (6) with Ø 6.5x12.5 mm rivets (areas A1c , A2c , A 3c and A4c ).
