	Risk of burn injuries,  suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the danger zone.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove exhaust gas turbocharger.		AR09.40-P-6020MFG
2	Remove lock washers (9).	: Install new lock washers (9).
3	Remove nuts (1 to 8) contrary to the tightening procedure.	: Install new nuts (1 to 8).	AR14.10-P-0000-02MFG
		Nut, exhaust manifold to cylinder head	*BA14.10-P-1001-01R
4	Remove exhaust manifold (10) from the cylinder head.
5	Remove seal (11).	: Replace seal (11).
6	Remove corrosion and oxidation residues.	Do not'use any sharp-edged or pointed objects for cleaning sealing surface at cylinder head. The sealing surfaces can be damaged otherwise.
7	Check stud bolts in the cylinder head for damage and loose seating.	If there are problems, ↓ replace corresponding stud bolts and glue in. Loctite 272 sealing adhesive	*BR00.45-Z-1102-02A
		Stud bolt for exhaust manifold	*BA01.30-P-1004-01DA
8	Install in the reverse order.
