Open, Close Coolant Line Coupling - AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Open clutch 

  1. Slide hook (2) of catch spring (3) to position (B).

    NOTES Never pull on the eyelet (1).

    Otherwise, the catch spring (3) will lose its pretension.

  2. Remove coolant line from component part.
  3. Check sealing ring for damage.

    If damage is visible:

    Replace coolant line.

    Close clutch 

  4. Clean coolant line on the opposite side too.
  5. Slide hook (2) of catch spring (3) to position (A).
  6. Slide coolant line onto component part until the catch spring (3) engages.
  7. Check correct connection by pulling slightly on the coolant line.
