| 1 | Remove the cap of expansion reservoir (1). | ||
| 2 | Extract coolant from expansion reservoir (1). | Fig 1 | |
| 3 | Remove bleed lines (2) from the expansion reservoir (1) and plug openings with suitable stop plugs. | Fig 3 | |
| 4 | Remove coolant hoses (3, 6) from the expansion reservoir (1) and plug openings with protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (4) on expansion reservoir (1). | ||
| 6 | Remove retaining clip (5) with electric line from expansion reservoir (1) and place to one side. | ||

| 8 | Unclip the expansion reservoir (1) on the holder (8) upwards. | ||
| 9 | Remove expansion reservoir (1). | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
