| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove heat shield from exhaust gas turbocharger. | AR09.40-P-6045MFC | |
| 2 | Release electrical connector (1) and disconnect. | ||
| 3 | Unscrew screws (2) and remove heat shield (3). | *BA09.40-P-1009-02G | |
| 4 | Remove retaining rings (4) using suitable tool. | ||
| 5 | Remove bearing washer (5). | ||
| 6 | Remove link rod (6). | ||
| 7 | Remove screws (7). | *BA09.40-P-1011-02G | |
| 8 | Remove boost pressure control flap actuator (M16/7) from exhaust gas turbocharger. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. |
