- Expose strapped down branch-off line (arrow M) for dashcam at rear.
- Expose black plug (8.1) of dashcam wiring harness (8).
To do this, remove the fabric tape (41) and pocket (40) from dashcam wiring harness (8).
- Route branch-off line for dashcam at rear of dashcam wiring harness (8) from vehicle interior fuse and relay module (F152/4) to A-pillar at top.
Route dashcam wiring harness (8) through cable duct behind crossmember for instrument panel.
Route branch-off line for dashcam at rear above the window airbag (30).
Use a pull-through device.

- Route branch-off line for rear dashcam of dashcam wiring harness (8) on roof lining towards rear up to center of roof lining.
Route branch-off line for rear dashcam behind mounts for front and rear grab handles (arrows).
- Strap down excess lengths of dashcam wiring harness (8) in front passenger footwell.
- Fasten dashcam wiring harness (8) on roof lining using felt adhesive tape.
- Remove cable duct (33) from liftgate and from rear roof frame.
- Route dashcam wiring harness (8) through opening for cable duct (33) on rear roof frame.
- Route dashcam wiring harness (8) through cable duct (33) into liftgate.
- Route dashcam wiring harness (8) by dimension (a) beyond center of liftgate (b) to the left.
Dimensions:
a = 170 mm
Apply silicon spray to inside of cable duct (33) before routing it.
Use a pull-through device.
- Fix dashcam wiring harness (8) in place using cable ties (arrows).
- Attach cable duct (33).
