Perform commissioning of adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5). | Only when replacing the adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5). | AD00.00-P-2000-04B |
| 2 | Remove front floor covering on left side of vehicle. | AR68.80-P-0007XG | |
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connector (1) at left B-pillar air distribution actuator motor (M16/33). | ||
| 4 | Remove expansion rivet (2). | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Release catch hooks (3) and lift entire rear duct slightly. | ||
| 6 | Slide right rear duct (4) with rear duct splitter (5) to the center console and loosen left rear duct (6). | ||
| 7 | Disconnect rear duct splitter (5) from right rear duct (4) and remove. | ||
| 8 | Unscrew nuts (7). | ||
| 9 | Remove holder (8). | ||
| 10 | Disconnect electrical connectors (9, 10) at adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5). | ||
| 11 | Unscrew nuts (11). | ||
| 12 | Remove adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5). | ||
| 13 | Install in reverse order. |
