Remove/Install Front Shock Absorber - AR32.25-P-0105GX

	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Lift/jack up vehicle	Lift/jack up vehicle	AR00.60-P-1000G
	Remove/install
1	Remove front wheels Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary		AP40.10-P-4050G
2	Support front axle
3	Remove left wheel well liner	Only perform when removing the left shock absorber (1).
4	Remove metal paneling (8) in left wheel well	The metal paneling (8) must be removed in order to reach the upper screw of the shock absorber (1).
5		Unscrew nut (2) Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts	AH00.00-N-0001-01A
6		Nut, shock absorber to front axle	*BA32.25-P-1002-01D
7	Unscrew nut (2)	Remove bolt. When tightening the nut (3), pay attention to the outside diameter (A) of the bushing (7) and use the specified tightening torque.
		Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts	AH00.00-N-0001-01A
		Bolt, shock absorber to frame	*BA32.25-P-1001-01D
8	Remove shock absorber (1)	Observe correct sequence of decoupling elements (4), metal washers (5), centering disk (6) and spacer sleeve.
9	Install in the reverse order
