Remove/Install Position Sensor Of Left Cylinder Bank Exhaust Camshaft - AR07.04-P-0052XGC

Engine 177 in model 463 

as of model year 2019

Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove the bracket of the low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir. INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Only install upper engine cover after the leak test. AR09.41-P-0017XGC
2 Release and disconnect electrical connectors of left exhaust camshaft hall sensor (B6/6).    
3 Remove screw of left exhaust camshaft hall sensor (B6/6) and remove left exhaust camshaft hall sensor (B6/6) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, camshaft position sensor to cylinder head cover *BA15.10-P-1002-03M 
4 Seal the opening on the left cylinder head cover with a suitable stop plug. SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Fig 2
5 Install in the reverse order.    
6 Read out and delete fault memory.    
REFER TO SELF DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04B
WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7 Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper leaktightness and leaktightness.    
8 Install upper engine cover.   AR01.10-P-2405XGC
