Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust. 	Remove/install
1	Remove left-hand air filter housing	: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.	AR09.10-P-1151XGA
2	Unclip electrical line of lambda sensor on left after catalytic converter (G3/5)
3	Release and disconnect electrical connection (3)
4	Remove left oxygen sensor downstream of catalytic converter (G3/5)	Commercially available devices/tools 22 mm lambda sensor socket : Coat thread with heat- resistant lubricant.
		Oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter to exhaust system at front	*BA14.00-P-1001-02B
		Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
		Oxygen sensor downstream of catalytic converter to exhaust system at front	*BA14.00-P-1002-02B
5	Cover sensor tip of lambda sensor on left after catalytic converter (G3/5) with protective cover	When reusing oxygen sensor on left after catalytic converter (G3/5).
		Set of protective caps	Fig 3
6	Seal threaded hole of left lambda sensor downstream of catalytic converter (G3/5) with suitable stop plug	Set of plugs	Fig 2
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Read out and erase fault memory

	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.
