Apply Alignment Marks To Belt Pulley Of Crankshaft - AR05.10-P-7806-01MNA
Engine 176 in model 463 up to model year 2019
Engine 176, 177 in model 167
Engine 177 in model 205
Engine 178 in model 190
- Turn crankshaft in direction of engine rotation and mark bore (30) of the belt pulley (6) with a
drift.
The crankshaft must never be turned against the direction of engine rotation. Engine damage can occur otherwise.
Ensure that the
drift is inserted in the bore of the crankcase.
- On stay (1) of the belt pulley (6) attach opposite the bore (30) marking and mark with number 1.
This position represents 400 KW after ignition TDC of cylinder 1.
Pull out the drift at the bore (30) of the belt pulley (6).
- Turn the crankshaft at the belt pulley (6) in direction of engine rotation at stay (4), apply a marking and mark with the number 4.
The crankshaft must never be turned against the direction of engine rotation.
Engine damage can occur otherwise.
This position represents 530 KW after ignition TDC of cylinder 1.
- Turn the crankshaft at the belt pulley (6) in direction of engine rotation at stay (2), apply a marking and mark with the number 2.
The crankshaft must never be turned against the direction of engine rotation. Engine damage can occur otherwise.
This position represents 90P KW after ignition TDC of cylinder 1.
- Turn the crankshaft at the belt pulley (6) in direction of engine rotation at stay (3), apply a marking when viewed from above on the right parallel to the stay (3) and mark with the number 3.
The crankshaft must never be turned against the direction of engine rotation. Engine damage can occur otherwise.
This position represents 235 o KW after ignition TDC of cylinder 1.
