	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove fender liner in right front fender.	: Only install fender liner in left front fender after engine test run.	AR88.10-P-1300XG
2	Remove front bumper.		AR88.20-P-2000XG
3	Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit.	: Only install lower engine compartment linings after engine test run.	AR09.41-P-6834XGC
4	Drain off coolant.		AR20.00-P-1142XGC
5	Remove strut (1).	Nut/bolt, strut for additional cooler to outer additional cooler/body holder	*BA20.20-P-1005-01Q
6	Remove coolant hoses (3) and seal openings with protective covers and/or suitable stop plugs.		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL

7	Remove coolant hoses (5) and seal openings with protective covers and/or suitable stop plugs.		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL

8	Remove screws (2) and remove outer bracket (4).	Bolt, outer holder to inner additional cooler holder	*BA20.20-P-1007-01Q
9	Remove low-temperature circuit additional cooler (7) with elastomer bearing (6) from inner bracket (8).	: Wet elastomer bearings (6, 9 with antiseize paste. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 \|	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
10	Check elastomer bearings (6, 9) for damage.	If complaints are present, ↓ Replace relevant elastomer bearing (6, 9).
11	Install in the reverse order.
