| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove upper engine cover. | AR01.10-P-2405XGC | |
| 2 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) at left charge air temperature sensor (B17/14). | ||
| 3 | Turn left charge air temperature sensor (B17/14) clockwise and remove upwards. | ||
| 4 | Seal opening on charge-air distributor (3) with a suitable stop plug. | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Check the sealing ring of the charge-air temperature sensor on the left (B17/14) for damage. | If complaints are present, ↓ replace the charge-air temperature sensor on the left (B17/14). |

from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury
(bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform an engine test run and check the engine for proper function. |
