| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove upper engine cover. | AR01.10-P-2405XGC | |
| 2 | Remove radiator crossmember. | AR62.30-P-2300XG | |
| 3 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors of hood catches (23). | ||
| 4 | Place hood catches (23) with hood cable to one side. | ||
| 5 | Unclip center air duct segment (25) from air duct segment (24). | ||
| 6 | Unclip air intake pipes (22) from air duct segment (24). | ||
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors of engine cooling air flap left actuator motor (M108/1) and engine cooling air flap right actuator motor (M108/2). | ||
| 8 | Remove air duct segment (24) in upward direction. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. |
