| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove upper engine cover. | AR01.10-P-2405XGA | |
| 2 | Remove radiator crossmember. | AR62.30-P-2300XG | |
| 3 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors of hood catches (3). | ||
| 4 | Place hood catches (3) with cables to one side. | ||
| 5 | Unclip air intake pipes (2) on air duct segment (1). | ||
| 6 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors of engine cooling air flap actuator motor (M108/1) and right engine cooling air flap actuator motor (M108/2). | ||
| 7 | Remove air duct segment (1) in upward direction. | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. |
