Retrofit Holder For CA Module Card Reader - AZ82.60-P-0032-02GW

Model 463 (except 463.202) 

as of model year 2017 

1. Using adhesive tape, tape up area for mounting bracket for CA module card reader to left load compartment trim (2).
2. Mark hole position (arrow A).

   Dimensions:

   a 660 mm

   b = 110 mm

3. Place velcro strip (3) on previously marked hole (arrow A), align, and mark remaining holes to match velcro strip (3).

   The velcro strip (3) must be positioned at a right angle to the reference edge (arrow B).

4. Remove velcro strip (3).
5. Drill marked holes with 6 mm 0.

6. Fasten velcro strip (3) with expansion rivet (4) to left load compartment trim (2).

   Use expansion rivet (4) with a 0 of 6 mm. The expansion rivets (4) are included in the scope of supply.

7. Using velcro strip (3), fasten CA module card reader (1) to left load compartment trim (2).
8. Mark position of hole (arrow C) to guide electrical wiring harness for CA module card reader (1).
9. Remove CA module card reader (1).
10. Drill marked hole (arrow C) with a graduated grill to 15 mm 0.
