Weld In Rear Floor Reinforcement - Ar64.20-P-1141-03XG

Model 463 as of model year 2019 

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle. In case of damage on the right side of the vehicle, these steps must be performed analogously.

The higher-level service information as well as the safety information must be observed.

1. Install, fit and fix in place reinforcement (4).
2. Drill rivet holes in reinforcement (4) with Ø 6.7 mm through existing holes in body (area A).
3. Remove reinforcement (4).
4. Deburr rivet holes in reinforcement (4) and in body on both sides.
5. Remove drilling chips.
6. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

7. Install and fix in place reinforcement (4).
8. Rivet reinforcement (4) with rivets Ø 6.5x12.5 (area D).
9. Reinforcement (4) (area B).

   Is performed with installation of crossmember.

10. Reinforcement (4) (area C).
