Location
The vacuum check valve is installed in the vacuum line between the brake unit and the vacuum pump.
Task
To store the vacuum in the brake unit and to keep it constant. To prevent ingress of engine oil into the brake unit if there is a defect in the vacuum pump.
A special maintenance service is not required. If engine oil enters the vacuum line, the vacuum check valve and the vacuum line must be replaced.
