	Remove/install
1	Remove front wheel-and-tire assemblies
			AP40.10-P-4050G
	Clean
2	Clean area surrounding connecting points to be opened on the brake system	Before opening the brake system the area around the separation point should be cleaned thoroughly. Even the smallest particles of dirt, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the brake system. Only use clean, lint free rags and cleaner free of mineral oil. Do not use any compressed-air for cleaning when the brake system is open.
3	Detach brake hose (1) from brake hose (2)	It must be ensured that the components are installed so that they do not chafe against other components and that they are not subject to torsion. Brake line to front-axle brake hose	*BA42.10-P-1008-04B
4	Detach brake hose (2) from brake line (10)	It must be ensured that the components are installed so that they do not chafe against other components and that they are not subject to torsion. Brake line to brake hose	*BA42.10-P-1001-04B
5	Collect any escaping brake fluid using a suitable container
6	Seal exposed connections with plugs	Record plug	Fig 2
7	Detach cable tie (4) from brake hose (1)	Replace cable tie (4).
8	Detach brake hose (1) from brake caliper (3)	It must be ensured that the components are installed so that they do not chafe against other components and that they are not subject to torsion. Brake line to fixed brake caliper	*BA42.10-P-1002-04B
9	Collect any escaping brake fluid using a suitable container
10	Seal exposed connections with plugs	Record plug	Fig 2
11	Detach clamp (5) from brake hose (2)	It must be ensured that the clamp (5) is seated correctly.
12	Pull brake hose (2) out of rubber spacer (7)
13	Detach brake hose (2) from brake line (6)	It must be ensured that the components are installed so that they do not chafe against other components and that they are not subject to torsion.
		Brake line to brake hose	*BA42.10-P-1001-04B
14	Collect any escaping brake fluid using a suitable container
15	Seal exposed connections with plugs	Record plug	Fig 2
16	Remove clamp (8) from brake hose (2)	It must be ensured that the clamp (8) is seated correctly.
17	Install in the reverse order
18	Bleed brake system	Model 463 (except 463.270/271) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR42.10-P-0010GW
