1. Set bleeding pressure on filling and bleeding unit to 2.0 bar. Filler/bleeder unit with hydraulic fluid reservoir (10-20 l)
2. Remove cap from bleed screw of service brake (1), attach bleeder wrench and bleed hose and open bleed screw.

3. Allow approx. 80 cm3 of brake fluid to escape until the new brake fluid escapes free of bubbles.
4. Close bleed screw on service brake (1), remove bleed hose and bleeder wrench and attach cap.
5. Repeat bleeding procedure at bleed screws of service brakes (2, 3, 4).

   The numbering of the service brakes (1, 2, 3, 4) indicates the opening sequence.

   The following bleeding sequence must also be observed at the fixed brake calipers of the service brakes (3, 4) on the front axle:

   • Fixed brake caliper with 3 bleed screws:
     1. Bleed screw inner bottom (A)
     2. Bleed screw outer bottom (B)
     3. Bleed screw outer top (C)
   • Fixed brake caliper with 2 bleed screws:
     1. Bleed screw inner top (D)
     2. Bleed screw outer top (C)
