Notes On Installing Brake Hoses - AH42.10-P-9406-01XG

Model 463 as of model year 2019

IMPORTANT Only brake hoses approved by Mercedes-Benz may be installed. When connecting the brake hoses, do not install these twisted (install free of twists). An adequate distance from other axle components must be guaranteed in all driving situations.

IMPORTANT Exception: Under certain driving conditions (e.g. maximum steering movement and compression/rebound conditions), unstressed contact of the brake hose with fixed component parts is permissible.

IMPORTANT There are two elevated sections on the connector (arrow) of the brake hose which lock the brake hose in the multi-point profile of the bracket.
