Remove/Install Front Door Lining - AR72.10-P-1000GW

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Remove screw (1) with countersunk washer from door lining (2)
2	Remove covers (3)	Mounting wedge	Fig 2
3	Remove screws (4)
4	Unclip door lining (2) from the mounting clips (arrows) of the front door	Position assembly wedge, in each case, directly on mounting clips (arrows). Otherwise, the retaining tabs on the mounting clips (arrows) can tear out of door lining (2). Check mounting clips (arrows) for damage replace if necessary. Mounting wedge	Fig 2
5	Remove door lining (2) from the front door; in doing so, guide release knob (5) out of the door lining (2)	Remove door lining (2) from the front door until the electrical connectors and the cable of the inside door opener (6) are accessible.
6	Unhook cable from the inside door opener (6)
7	Disconnect electrical connectors
8	Remove door lining (2)
9	Check door foil on the front door	Check door foil, replace if necessary. Otherwise moisture can penetrate into the vehicle interior.
10	Install in the reverse order
