Adjust Sliding Jaws On Tilting/Sliding Roof - AR77.20-P-1100-01A
Model 463 up to model year 2019 with code D27 (Electric tilting/sliding glass sunroof)
- Release screws (4) of slide angle at left and right.
- Align tilting/sliding roof exactly in center of cutout.
- Move slide angle far enough inwards (arrow) until the slide shoes make contact at side of guide.
- Check sliding/tilting roof is properly centered in cutout.
- Tighten screws (4) of slide angle at left and right.
- Remove shift guide (1) from sliding carrier (2).
- Move tilting/sliding roof panel by hand and check lateral play of slide shoes relative to guide at several points.
Tilting/sliding roof panel must not tilt, if necessary, re-adjust slide angle. Otherwise, malfunctions can occur.
- Mount shift guide (1) onto sliding carrier (2).
