Adjust Sliding Clutch On Tilting/Sliding Roof Motor - AR77.20-P-3009-01A
Model 463 up to model year 2019 with code D27 (Electric tilting/sliding glass sunroof)
- Remove plastic cap for emergency crank mechanism.
- Correct torque of sliding clutch by twisting hexagon nut (arrow)
(see table for value). Hold transaxle with an open end wrench to prevent it from rotating as well.
Twist hexagon nut (arrow) by max. 60°; sliding clutch must not block. Turning the hexagon nut (arrow) to the right increases torque. Turning the hexagon nut (arrow) to the left reduces torque.
- Press on plastic cap.
