| 1 | Switch off ignition | ||
| 2 | Open hood | Model 463 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019 |

| 3 | Loosen bolts (1) | ||
| 4 | Unclip headlamp surround (2) upward | Carefully press headlamp surround (2) upward out of the top two guides. Otherwise there is a risk of breakage. |

| 5 | Loosen hose clamp (3) | ||
| 6 | Detach splash water hose (4) of the headlamp cleaning system | Carefully detach splash water hose (4). Otherwise, there is a risk of breakage at the connectors of the spray nozzle (5). |

| 7 | Disconnect electrical connector (6) | ||
| 8 | Remove screws from the left headlamp of the daytime running lights (E1/3) and right headlamp of the daytime running lights (E2/3) and remove left headlamp of the daytime running lights (E13) and right headlamp of the daytime running lights (E2/3) | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 10 | Check headlamp cleaning system for proper function |
