| 3 | Unclip retaining clips (1) from cover (2) underneath the front passenger seat | Fig 2 | |

| 5 | Unscrew nuts (3) from HERMES control unit (N112/9) | ||
| 6 | Remove HERMES control unit (N112/9) until the electrical connectors (4) and optical connector (5) are accessible | ||
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (4) and optical connector (5) | ||
| 8 | Remove HERMES control unit (N112/9) | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
