	Remove
1	Remove head restraint from front seat.		AR91.16-P-0040XG
2	Release catch hooks (3) as shown with a screwdriver (4) and remove left head restraint guide (1) or right head restraint guide (2) upward.
	Install
3	Insert left head restraint guide (1) or right head restraint guide (2) into seat backrest frame from above and engage.	Pay attention to proper installation position.
4	Install head restraint at front seat.		AR91.16-P-0040XG
