5	Unscrew nuts from emergency tensioning retractor (ETR [GUS]) with airbag (AB) control unit (N2/2)
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts	Make sure that the ground line is secured properly to the restraint systems control unit ground point (W26) on the emergency tensioning retractor (ETR [GUS]) with airbag (AB) control unit (N2/2) (under the right front corner). Otherwise correct operation of the emergency tensioning retractor (ETR [GUS]) with airbag (AB) control unit (N2/2) cannot be guaranteed.	AH00.00-N-0001-01A

6	Remove emergency tensioning retractor (ETR [GUS]) with airbag (AB) control unit (N2/2)	The arrow on the housing must point in the direction of travel. Otherwise no crash deployment can take place.
7	Install in the reverse order
	Initial startup
8	Perform initial startup of emergency tensioning retractor (ETR [GUS]) with airbag (AB) control unit (N2/2)	When replacing the emergency tensioning retractor (ETR [GUS]) with airbag (AB) control unit (N2/2).
