| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Disconnect ground line from battery. | AR54.10-P-0003XG | |
| 2 | Remove seat backrest trim from seat backrest (3). | AR91.10-P-1912XG | |
| 3 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) from sidebag unit (1). | ||
| 4 | Unscrew nut (5). | *BA91.60-P-1011-01B | |
| 5 | Unscrew nut (6) and remove together with the ground line (7). | *BA91.60-P-1011-01B | |
| 6 | Remove sidebag unit (1) from seat backrest frame (4). | ||
| 7 | Install in reverse order. | ||
| Check | |||
| 8 | Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) using vehicle diagnosis system. | ||
