| 5 | Remove sun visors (3). | AR68.60-P-5480XG | |
| 6 | Remove seat cushions from rear seat. | AR91.12-P-1000XG | |
| 7 | Remove seat backrests from rear seat. | AR91.12-P-1620XG | |
| 8 | Remove grab handles (4). | AR68.30-P-4330XG | |
| 9 | Remove top B-pillar trims (5). | AR68.30-P-4703XG | |
| 10 | Remove tie-down eyes (6). | ||
| 11 | Remove D-pillar trims (7). | AR68.30-P-4497XG | |
| 12 | Remove interior lamp (8). | ||
| 13 | Open rear-end door and cover rear-end door full face gasket in the cross-hatched area. | ||
| 14 | Move front seats toward the front and bring into the fully reclined position. | ||
| 15 | Unclip roof lining (9) in the area of the sliding sunroof at the points marked in the picture (arrows). | Do not bend or kink roof lining (9). Otherwise, the roof lining (9) will be damaged. |

| 16 | Release roof lining (9) on brackets with Velcro strip (10) from the roof bow. | Do not bend or kink roof lining (9). Otherwise, the roof lining (9) will be damaged. |

| 17 | Release expansion rivet (12) from bracket (11) and lower roof lining (9). | Do not bend or kink roof lining (9). Otherwise, the roof lining (9) will be damaged. |

| 18 | Align roof lining (9) diagonally and remove toward the rear out of the vehicle. | Do not bend or kink roof lining (9). Otherwise, the roof lining (9) will be damaged. |

| 19 | Disconnect electrical connectors (13) from the microphones (15) and remove the electric line (14). | Only when installing new roof lining (9), electric line (14), or microphones (15). | |
| 20 | Remove microphones (15). | Only when installing new roof lining (9) or microphones (15). | |
| Check | |||
| 21 | Check all dampings on the roof lining (9) for correct seating and condition. | If roof lining (9) is reused. If complaints are present, ↓ replace affected dampings on the roof lining (9). |

| 22 | Check condition of the brackets with Velcro strip (10) and bracket (11). | If roof lining (9) is reused. If damage is present, ↓ replace affected component parts or roof lining (9). |

| 23 | Install in reverse order. |
