1. Turn rack-and-pinion steering to center position.

   Turn the rack-and-pinion steering until the marking on the dust cap of the lower steering shaft lines up with the marking on the control valve housing (arrows) and the front wheels are in the straight-ahead position.

2. Mount steering coupling.

   Shown on model 205 with CODE M005 (4MATIC)
