Forming gas with a hydrogen content of more than 5 % is extremely combustible and in combination with air it can form an explosive mixture.

Risk of injury

There is a risk of injury when working on pressurized parts.

Risk of suffocation

A high concentration level of forming gas can cause suffocation.
