1. Remove upper engine cover (9).
2. Remove right engine compartment cover (7).
3. Remove left engine compartment cover (8).
4. Remove seals (11).
5. Attach adaptation plates (6) to engine hoist (1).
6. Attach adapter (5) to adaptation plates (6).
7. Attach engine hoist (3) to the engine hoist (1).
8. Preset engine hoist (1).
9. Place engine hoist (1) with engine hoist (3) on suspension strut tower and longitudinal members.

   Aid of helper required.

10. Adjust engine hoist (1), align horizontally and tighten threaded connections.
11. Attach shackle between support (4) and the engine suspension lug.
12. Tighten turnbuckle of lifting device (2).

    Only raise engine sufficiently that the engine mounts are not under tension.

    Otherwise, the engine mount will be damaged.

13. Remove in the reverse order.
