Risk of (burn) injury caused by caustic burns to eyes, skin and mucous membranes from battery electrolyte/mist, short circuit and arcing. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing battery electrolyte or absorption of lead through the skin or body orifices. Risk of death  due to voltage U >= 30V AC and U >= 60V DC. 	Remove/install
1	Confirm change of on-board electrical system battery (G1) using diagnosis system in signal acquisition and actuation module under Actuation menu item.	When replacing the on-board electrical system battery (G1).
		This updates the charging characteristic for the on-board electrical system battery (G1).	AD00.00-P-2000-06LWO
2	Disconnect ground line (2) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).		AR54.10-P-0003LWO
3	Unscrew screw (3) of mounting rail (4) until on-board electrical system battery (G1) can be removed.	Screw/bolt, battery mounting rail to battery frame	*BA54.10-P-1001-01A
4	Detach vent hose (5) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Check bleed hose (5) is correctly seated. Otherwise leaking battery vapor may damage the vehicle.
5	Remove cover (6).
6	Disconnect positive line (7) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Nut, electrical line to negative terminal/positive terminal of on-board electrical system battery	*BA54.10-P-1004-01A
7	Remove on-board electrical system battery (G1).
8	Install in the reverse order.
