Prepare Panoramic Sliding Roof Frame For Installation - AR77.21-P-0801-02LWO

with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

1. Place panoramic sliding roof frame (1) on suitable subsurface with inside pointing upward.
2. Cut down adhesive beads (2) on panoramic sliding roof frame (1) with scraping knife to a remaining height of approx. 1 to 2 mm.

   If panoramic sliding roof frame (1) is reused.

3. Completely cut back residues of spacers (3) and adhesive bead (2) present in this area.

   If panoramic sliding roof frame (1) is reused.

4. Remove cutting residues from panoramic sliding roof frame (1) with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

   If panoramic sliding roof frame (1) is reused.

5. Clean bonding surfaces on panoramic sliding roof frame (1).

   The cleaner is included in the repair kit.

   Apply cleaner only to bonding surfaces and allow to air-dry completely.

   It is not necessary to prime the bonding surfaces.

6. Install new spacers (3) as shown.
7. Apply activator to bonding surfaces on panoramic sliding roof frame (1).

   The activator is included in the repair kit.
