Prepare Panoramic Sliding Roof Frame Body Flange For Installation - AR77.21-P-0801-03LWO

with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

1. Cut down present adhesive beads (1) on body flange (2) with scraping knife to a remaining height of approx. 1 to 2 mm.
2. Remove cutting residues from body flange (2).
3. Repair paint damage on body flange (2).

   Use only primer filler approved by Daimler AG: https://xentryportal.i.daimler.com 

4. Clean adhesive beads (1) on body flange (2).

   The cleaner is included in the repair kit.

5. Apply activator to body flange (2).

   Apply activator only after drying has dried.

   Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

   The activator is included in the repair kit.
