- Open adhesive cartridge and insert sealing and corrosion protection gun.
To completely empty the adhesive cartridges, insert 
adapters between cartridge piston and plates on push rods of sealing and corrosion protection gun.
- Actuate sealing and corrosion protection gun until the level in the cartridge guns is compensated
Both adhesive components should exit from openings in adhesive cartridges.
- Install mixing tube on adhesive cartridges.
- Press out and discard a quantity of adhesive components amounting to the length of two measuring tubes to ensure uniform mixing.
- Mix one additional measuring tube length for reference.
During a processing pause > 15 min the mixing tube must be flushed according to the length of the mixing tube length by pressing out the adhesive or the mixing tube must be replaced by considering the same mixture of the adhesive components (see operation 4). Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.
The reference adhesive bead serves for checking and confirmation of the adhesive connection before moving for the first time after gluing the panoramic sliding roof frame.
- Uniformly apply adhesive material to bonding surfaces (1) on body flange (2).
Apply adhesive material within 25 min and position panoramic sliding roof frame within the next 15 min on body flange (2) on vehicle side and fix in place.
Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.
Apply adhesive bead uniformly with a height of approx 14 mm and a width of approx. 8 to 10 mm.
Immediately remove soiling caused by adhesive.
