Partially Prepare Main Floor Panel For Installation - Ar63.40-P-1180-26LWO

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Mark separating on main floor (1) and cut (area A).

   Transfer separating point from vehicle and observe overlap of approx. 20 mm.

2. Grind mating surface on main floor (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched area.
3. Remove grinding dust.

   Observe preliminary treatment of bonding surface.

4. Grind mating surfaces on main floor (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.
5. Remove grinding dust.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

6. Grind mating surface on connecting carrier (2) down to bare metal in crosshatched area.
7. Remove grinding dust.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces (area B).

8. Grind mating surfaces on bottom longitudinal member (6) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.
9. Remove grinding dust.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

10. Grind mating surfaces on front reinforcement (7) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.
11. Remove grinding dust.
