The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on model 205.0 and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

Install inner rear wheel well (1), fit and fix in place.
Drill rivet holes in inner rear wheel well (1) With Ø 6.7 mm bit (areas A and B).
Drill rivet holes from inside through present holes in body (areas A).

Drill rivet holes through present hole in body (area B).
Remove inner rear wheel well (1).
Deburr rivet holes on inner rear wheel well (1) and body on both sides.
Remove drill chips.
Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (area B).

Apply 2-component adhesive to body in cross-hatched areas.
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

Install inner rear wheel well (1) and fix in place.
Rivet inner rear wheel well (1) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas C₁ , C ₂ and C₃ ).
Inner rear wheel well (1) (area D).
Install front end plate (2), fit and fix in place.
Drill rivet holes with Ø 6.7 mm bit in front end plate (2) (areas E₁ and E₂ ).
Drill rivet holes through existing holes in front end plate (2) (area E₂ ).
Remove front end plate (2).
Deburr rivet holes on front end plate (2) and body on both sides.
Remove drill chips.

Apply 2-component adhesive to body in cross-hatched areas.

Install front end plate (2) and fix in place.
Rivet front end plate (2) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas E₃ ).
Rivet front end plate (2) with Ø 6.5x14.5 rivets (areas E₄ ).
Front end plate (2) (areas F₁ and F ₂ ).
Front end plate (2) (areas J).
Install rear end plate (3), fit and fix in place.
Drill rivet holes with Ø 6.7 mm bit in rear end plate (3) (areas G₁ and G₂ ).
Drill rivet holes through existing holes in rear end plate (3) (areas G₁ ).
Remove rear end plate (3).
Deburr rivet holes on rear end plate (3) and boy on both sides.
Remove drill chips.

Rivet rear end plate (3) with Ø 6.5x14.5 rivets (areas H₁ ).
Rivet rear end plate (3) with Ø 6.4 rivets (areas H₂ and H ₃ ).
