Remove/Install Retaining Clip For Head Restraint In Rear Passenger Compartment - AR91.16-P-1770-03LWO

Remove/install 

1. Remove pivot bearing (1) from bearing pin.

   Do not tilt pivot bearing (1).

   Otherwise, the spacer ring may be damaged.

2. Unhook cover (2) all the way round using the dismantling tool from the seat backrest frame.

   : Hook in cover (2) starting at the corners. Press on cover (2) again after fully hooking it in.

3. Lift off cover (2) with padding far enough from seat backrest frame until the retaining clip (4) can be removed from the head restraint (3).
4. Remove retaining clip (4).

   : Observe installation position and ensure retaining clip (4) latches fully into place.

5. Install in the reverse order.
