| 1 | Remove front multicontour seat control unit. | AR91.25-P-1900LWO | |
| 2 | Release seat backrest padding (1). | AR91.10-P-0003CLW | |
| 3 | Take front seat backrest seat ventilation motors (M18/10, M18/12) out of seat backrest padding (1) and place to one side with connected electric line. | Model 238 with code 399 (Multicontour front seats with massage function) with code 401 (Climatised front seats) | |
| 4 | Expose all pneumatic lines. | ||
| 5 | Remove retaining clips (3). | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Unhook mounting brackets (arrows) of side air cushions. | ||
| 7 | Remove air cushion (2) from seat backrest padding (1). | Fig 1 | |
| 8 | Remove air cushion (2) and side air cushions together. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
