Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Remove cap(1). | ||
| 2 | Suction off coolant from expansion reservoir (3). | *BF20.00-P-1001-06MRT | |

| 3 | Remove bleed line(4) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs | AR09.41-P-1311-01AL | |

| 5 | Unclip expansion reservoir (3) from crossmember (5) and raise. | ||
| 6 | Remove coolant hose (6) from expansion reservoir (3), collect escaping coolant, and seal openings with suitable protective covers. | AR09.41-P-1311-01AL | |

| 7 | Remove expansion reservoir (3). | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
