| 2 | Remove screw/bolts (9) of right connecting flange (10) from outwards inwards | ||
| 3 | Remove right connecting flange (10) upwards | ||
| 4 | Protect intake ports of the right and left cylinder head with clean rags against soiling and foreign objects | ||
| 5 | Remove sealant residues on right connecting flange (10) and on right cylinder head | The sealing surfaces on the right connecting flange (10) and on the right cylinder head must not have any foreign objects, scratches or grooves. Non-observance leads to leakage between the right connecting flange (10) and right cylinder head. Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces can get damaged otherwise. Loctite 7200 |
